Responsibilities
  • Complete PLACE Launch, Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification programs
  • Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, obtain signed buyer agreements, and find appropriate homes
  • Expertly negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Monitor tasks and activities through PLACE Technology
  • Host 1-2 open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Practice scripts in alignment with team standards
  • Engage in team activities as outlined by team standards
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, convert leads into listings, and market homes effectively
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
