We're hiring a motivated licensed real estate assistant to join our growing team! Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for the business, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, scheduling bids with vendors for negotiations, setting up all listing prep needs, and showing clients homes. The perfect candidate will have open availability, specifically on nights and weekends where most business is conducted. The right personality fit for this role is someone eager to perform, quick on their toes, and with a good attitude.
This is not a stepping-stone position. We are seeking someone who wants to build a long-term career in a support role, is invested in the success of the business, and is excited to become an integral part of the team for years to come.
