Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Irvine, CA. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, guiding clients through property searches, showings, market analysis, offers, negotiations, and closings. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, holding open houses, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, and preparing accurate documentation. The agent will collaborate with in-house escrow, title, insurance, relocation, and lending partners to ensure a smooth transaction process. Consistent communication, proactive follow-up, and adherence to industry regulations and company standards are essential aspects of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
