Job description

Seeking qualified applicants to join our team for immediate needs at our lumber manufacturing facility in Bemidji, MN. This is a benefited entry level hourly position which involves machine center relief, machine and area clean-up duties around the mill site, performing operator PMs (preventive maintenance), operating mobile stock, and operating multiple workstations to support the Lumbermill processes. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced and technologically advanced manufacturing environment.
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $29.93.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a responsible and safety conscious individual who:
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a successful high-performance team.
  • Is a reliable, productive team member.
  • Possesses intermediate computer skills to operate advanced machine centers.
  • Must be able to work a rotating, flexible shift schedule including days, nights, and some weekends.
  • Able to climb and descend stairs, ladders, catwalks at elevated levels, and work at heights.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be capable of working in an industrial setting subject to hot, dusty, cold, wet, and dirty environments on occasion.
  • Prior industrial and/or heavy equipment experience is desirable.

Requires a high school diploma (or GED) and at least two years of work/school experience in the past four years. Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
