Job description

To train as an Electrician in order to maintain, repair, replace and install electrical and electronic equipment.
Daily Job Duties:
  • Follow all Company safety rules and procedures including slam cards, Haz. Rec, JSA's, etc.
  • Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
  • Assist and train with Sr. Electricians on equipment including optimizers, instrumentation, etc.
  • Have a basic knowledge of electrical test equipment
  • Assist in maintaining all electrical equipment such as motors, lighting, and other devices
  • Learn to bend conduit and run necessary conduit for new projects and repairs
  • Work regularly scheduled shifts.
  • Work scheduled overtime - as required.
  • Assist in maintaining proper housekeeping plant wide.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $27.47 per hour.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work any shift
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, hard worker
  • Must be very safety oriented
