Have you ever dreamed of working behind the scenes at a radio station? Love microphones, mixers, and the magic of live broadcasts? Salem Media Group Cleveland has an immediate opening for a Board Operator for our four station cluster - and we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver live on-air weather updates with confidence.
  • Record voice tracks for other programming
  • Operate and engineer the live broadcast boards, keeping shows smooth and professional.
  • Execute station formats to keep our listeners engaged.
  • Maintain accurate program logs, edit live spots, and handle various production and commercial audio tasks.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience with Windows-based computer systems.
  • College education preferred, but not required - your passion and skill matter most!
  • Flexibility for overnight shifts and weekends - radio never sleeps, and neither do we.
  • Proven track record of reliability, attention to detail, and punctuality.
