Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Window & Door Installer, you'll work alongside experienced installers to learn how to professionally install replacement windows and doors in customers' homes.
You'll receive hands-on training while developing valuable carpentry and construction skills that can lead to a long-term career in the remodeling industry.
What You'll Do
  • Arrive at the Window World location each morning to load materials and prepare for the day's installations.
  • Assist with transporting windows and doors to customer homes.
  • Learn how to safely remove existing windows and doors.
  • Assist with installing replacement windows and doors according to company standards.
  • Learn proper insulation, caulking, trim installation, and finishing techniques.
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
  • Help load old materials for disposal back at the Window World location.
  • Provide a positive, professional experience for every customer.
  • Learn from experienced installers while building your skills every day.
