Job description

Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday - 12-hour shift


JOB SUMMARY:
Perform entry level QA duties related to the quality function regarding producttesting.
Essential Duties,Responsibilities and Competencies:  Include thefollowing.  Other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Must have a quality orientation, attention to detail, ability to work within ateam, take direction from supervisory personnel, be able to take constructivecriticism, and work toward continuous improvement.
Reads and interprets documents (blueprints, drawings, or manufacturing workorders) to inspect parts, after multiple stages in manufacturing, to precisiontolerance and company specifications.
Utilizes a full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to performinspection of parts.
Performs, when required, Statistical Process Control (SPC) checks perspecification and acts in accordance with data output.
Meets and maintains productivity levels and quality requirements in support ofdepartmental standards, goals, and schedules.
Performs record keeping, data entry, housekeeping, and follows safetyregulations.

This role is required to be on-site 3 days at the Ottawa, KS location (after training).
