  • The Director of Quality will lead the strategic direction and oversight of the organization's Quality, Infection Prevention & Control, Regulatory Compliance, and Case Management programs. This position will be instrumental in driving patient safety initiatives, enhancing organizational performance, and ensuring regulatory excellence through close collaboration with executive leadership, medical staff, and the governing board. Leads the organization's Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and ensures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Responsible for both strategic planning and day\-to\-day operational leadership, including staffing, departmental performance, and cross\-functional collaboration.
