Job description

General Description:

Glenpool structural steel fabricator of simple to complex steel-framed buildings is looking to expand its shop inspection capabilities. This is a hands-on position with minimal paperwork.

Duties:

  • Perform a dimensional inspection of assemblies after fit-up
  • Complete final inspection of completed welds
  • Log in daily of assemblies inspected, and completed

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior fit-up and weld inspection experience
  • Highly skilled fitter/welders looking to advance their career are encouraged to apply
  • Experienced in tape measures and weld inspection gages.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to be on their feet for an extended length of time.
