We are seeking motivated new graduates who want to start their careers in construction quality control.
Position Overview
The Entry-Level QA/QC Inspector will support Kilgore Industriesโ€™ quality assurance and quality control efforts across commercial MEP projects in the Dallas area. This role is designed for recent or soon-to-graduate Texas A amp;M students who are detailโ€‘oriented, eager to learn MEP construction, and comfortable working on active job sites.
  • Key Responsibilities
    โ€ข Conduct inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations
    โ€ข Verify installations meet project specifications, construction drawings, and applicable codes
    โ€ข Document deficiencies, track corrective actions, and update QA/QC logs
    โ€ข Support equipment startup, functional testing, and MEP commissioning processes
    โ€ข Assist with reviewing drawings, submittals, and specifications
    โ€ข Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to resolve quality issues
    โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation for project closeout and client turnover packages
    โ€ข Adhere to company and site safety procedures at all times
  • Qualifications
    โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field
