Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Uline, you'll play a key role in ensuring our websites deliver a seamless, reliable experience for customers and employees. Partner with teams to execute testing strategies and identify improvements that enhance the user experience at scale.

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.

  • Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).

  • Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline's U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.

  • Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.

  • Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience.

  • Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned testing.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft's Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred.

  • Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver a plus.
