Content QA Analyst
Location: Redmond, Washington (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Content QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of content experiences. This role is at the intersection of content, design, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will combine testing expertise with an understanding of content quality, usability, and functionality. This position involves developing test plans, executing manual and automated tests, facilitating the evaluation of generated outputs, and providing actionable recommendations to improve customer experience and content quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for templates, prompt templates, and AI-generated content experiences.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across various applications and experiences.
  • Validate content quality, functionality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to design fidelity.
  • Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess content accuracy, relevance, usability, formatting, and customer experience.
  • Provide recommendations to improve model and content performance.
  • Create and maintain test scripts, test cases, validation frameworks, and execution documentation.
  • Partner with content and cross-team stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Analyze testing results, communicate findings to stakeholders, and identify opportunities for quality improvements.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in QA, content testing, usability testing, or quality assurance. Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test reporting documentation is required.
Technical Skills: Experience scripting in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages. Knowledge of M365 products (Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and productivity workflows is also required. A strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality processes is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience testing AI-generated content or generative AI experiences.
  • Understanding of design principles, content quality, and user experience.
  • Experience working with automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with human evaluation methodologies and quality rubrics.
