Integrate

Job description

About Us

Integrate is a Seattle-based company building multiplayer project management software for the world's most ambitious machines.

We focus on the hardest coordination problems in deep tech like rocket launches and advanced manufacturing, where progress depends on seamless collaboration across companies. Increasingly, this work sits at the intersection of two of the most consequential forces shaping the modern world: defense and artificial intelligence, where both the pace of innovation and the stakes of execution are exceptionally high.

Integrate enables teams to collaborate with vendors, customers, and partners as fluidly as modern tools support internal teams. Our mission is to modernize how organizations build together in the emerging deep tech economy, reducing friction, misalignment, and unnecessary work at every step.

Our Solution

Traditional project management tools weren't designed for the speed, scale, and interdependence of modern hardware development. Integrate is purpose-built for this new reality.

We provide a platform that brings clarity and structure to complex, cross-organizational programs helping teams communicate effectively, stay aligned, and move faster with confidence. By improving how critical information is shared and decisions are made, we enable organizations to focus on what matters most: building the future.

About the Role

Our engineering team is growing, and we're bringing on a QA Engineer to help us ship with confidence - working hand-in-hand with our QA Lead to build something users can rely on.

You'll work closely with our current team to ensure our product meets the high bar our customers expect. Starting with manual testing, you'll build deep product knowledge and testing methodology, then grow into broader ownership - including contributing to our E2E test suite and helping shape QA as a function as we scale.

What You'll Work On
  • Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases within our structured testing framework - validating features against expected behavior, documenting results, and surfacing issues clearly as the product evolves

  • Develop a deep understanding of Integrate's product and the workflows our users depend on

  • Proactively identify edge cases and failure scenarios that aren't explicitly called out in specs - think beyond the happy path

  • Document bugs and test results with the precision and context that engineering teams need to act quickly

  • Collaborate closely with QA, product, and engineering to understand what's shipping and what needs to be tested

  • Contribute to the growth of our QA practice as you ramp - including working toward E2E automation with Playwright over time

Experience

We don't expect you to be an expert in all of these things - but here's the kind of background that sets you up to succeed:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a QA, testing, or quality-focused role

  • Hands-on experience with manual testing in a software product environment

  • Familiarity with QA methodology and software testing life cycles - you understand what a test plan is and why it matters

  • Strong written communication - you document clearly and precisely enough that a developer can act on your bug report without follow-up questions

  • Experience working in or around complex software systems with interconnected components - you can trace a failure across steps and articulate where things went wrong

Who You Are

You notice things other people miss. You read a spec and immediately start thinking about what it doesn't say. You're the kind of person who tests the edge case nobody asked you to test - not because you were told to, but because it bothered you not to.

You're detail-oriented without being slow. You document clearly, communicate proactively, and don't let ambiguity turn into a blocker. When something doesn't make sense, you ask.

You're excited to grow. Manual testing is where you'll start - but it's not where you'll stay. You want to understand the full picture of how quality works in a software organization, and you're motivated to build toward something more technical over time.

Why Join Us?

Join us at the forefront of deep tech, building the software infrastructure that powers the next generation of hardware innovation. We're a tight-knit, ambitious team with a vision to transform how humans build.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a company working with customers building rockets, aircraft, autonomous systems, and the infrastructure of the modern world.
