  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • ⁠10+ yrs of Implementation and Testing experience in EBS, Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain Management
  • Good understanding of Configuration and Fit-Gap analysis for AP, AR, GL, CM, FA modules and P2P, R2R, A2R, S2C, O2C, P2R processes
  • Strong in integration data flow and end-to-end processes in heterogeneous architecture
  • Good understanding of Agile Process and experience in working with Agile teams
  • Good understanding of testing techniques and methodologies
  • Understanding of Oracle release process / Upgrades / Patches and impact assessments.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and align with "time-critical" deadlines
