The Business Quality Analyst is responsible for working in an agile development process for software design and testing. This includes working collaboratively with the development team to create software requirements, research, testing, and solutions as a self-organizing and cross-functional team.
This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.
All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you'll be responsible for:
  • Working with the development team to help define requirements which include scoping, developing, and testing enhancements to support core functionality.
  • Creating and executing test plans and clear, concise test scripts for new products or enhancements to existing products. Defines moderate level scenarios and variations in data to adequately perform testing.
  • Working with the development team for testing enhancements to ensure an accurate, quality product and to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
  • Scheduling and performing functional, integration, and regression testing and iteratively submitting errors and issues to development for correction, and then retesting once errors have been corrected.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on requirements, design, and scope documents.
  • Interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and development teams to identify and refine test requirements.
  • Actively participating in Backlog refinements and Sprint planning meetings to prioritize work and focus on the highest priority items.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
  • Minimum of four years' experience using Silverlake or CIF 20/20 deposits.

What would be nice for you to have:
  • Experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of ACH/wires/EIP/EAA and other deposit functions
  • Experience with or knowledge of Core Business Services and/or iAdapter Mapping processes.
  • Experience with or knowledge of SOA, XML, ALM and UFT testing.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Azure DevOps or other software tracking software.
