Job Description Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Our client is looking to bring on a detail-oriented QA / UAT Analyst to support the testing of system-generated client correspondence. This role serves as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure correspondence solutions are developed, tested, and implemented with quality and accuracy in alignment with strategic roadmap initiatives.

The ideal candidate will coordinate and execute testing efforts, support issue resolution, validate production implementations, and maintain procedural documentation while collaborating closely with developers, business stakeholders, and technology partners. Responsibilities: Support testing efforts for system-generated client correspondence initiatives. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure high-quality correspondence solutions are delivered and implemented successfully.

Understand business processes and system interdependence across platforms and applications. Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and technology partners to clarify and validate requirements. Create and manage testing plans, including schedules, approaches, test cases, scripts, conditions, and production checkout activities.

Execute test scenarios and document testing results to ensure quality standards are met. Ensure testing environments contain sufficient and accurate test data to support comprehensive test execution. Review and validate client correspondence materials with business partners to ensure quality and accuracy prior to implementation.

Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve routine and moderately complex business and technology issues. Communicate testing risks, issues, status updates, and potential solutions to project managers and senior leadership. Support implementation checkout processes and post-deployment validation activities.

Develop and maintain procedural documentation, testing documentation, and user manuals. Ensure all testing standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements are consistently followed. Manage multiple priorities and deliverables within tight deadlines and changing business needs.

Qualifications: 2-3 years of relevant QA, UAT, or systems testing experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to quickly learn and understand business processes and systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization. Experience working on complex issues with a focus on timely and accurate resolution.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. High attention to detail and the ability to translate business and technical requirements effectively. Ability to manage changing priorities, multiple tasks, and tight deadlines.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and departments. The base range for this contract position is $20-$50 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S
