We're looking for an Agentic AI Developer (Python) who is excited to build production-ready AI applications using Vertex AI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), vector databases, and intelligent AI agents.

👨 💻 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and build production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using Google Vertex AI.
  • Develop intelligent AI agents capable of tool calling, planning, structured outputs, and reasoning.
  • Build scalable web applications using Python, Flask, and Django.
  • Design document ingestion pipelines, embeddings, chunking strategies, hybrid search, reranking, and retrieval workflows.
  • Develop REST APIs and deploy AI applications to production with monitoring, CI/CD, security, and observability best practices.
  • Work with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and graph databases to improve retrieval quality.
  • Evaluate and optimize AI systems using retrieval metrics, grounding checks, hallucination detection, and answer quality evaluations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams through code reviews, testing, technical documentation, and sprint planning.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.


✅ What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience with Python 3 development.
  • Experience building RAG-based AI applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Familiarity with at least one AI agent framework such as:
  • LangGraph
  • LangChain
  • LlamaIndex
  • Semantic Kernel
  • AutoGen
  • Experience with vector search concepts and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience using Git and following modern software engineering best practices.
