Job description

The Sales and Management Trainee position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in inside sales through comprehensive training and real-world experience. This role focuses on building foundational sales expertise, engaging with clients, collaborating with team members, and delivering outstanding customer service. Trainees benefit from structured development programs including on-the-job training, mentorship, online modules, and classroom sessions designed to prepare for future leadership and sales roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and engage clients through inside sales channels
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance performance
  • Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships
  • Participate actively in training programs and apply learning to daily tasks
