Purchasing Assistantfor their Land Development Department. The right candidate will assist the Land Development Purchasing Agent and Department in the following areas:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pre-qualify prospective bidders
- Prepare Bid Forms
- Solicit Multiple Bids
- Updating projects and vendor lists
- Prepare all purchasing documents for contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
- Maintain Bid and Change Order log
- Resolve Contract and AP issues
- Ability to read plans
- Ability to multi-task
- Create and maintain contract files
- Intermediate computer skills in JDE, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Highest level of accuracy
