Location: Odenton MD


Position Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers in MD, VA, WV, PA, DE and NJ. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.


Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.

• Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules.

• Customer service.

• Assisting in tech sales as needed.



Requirements:

Requirements, Experience and Education

• High school diploma / GED equivalent.

• Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.

• Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.

• You will be required to obtain a Maryland Lottery Tech License.


Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.


Other Skills/Abilities:

• Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.

• Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.

• Service locations are located throughout the Mid-Atlantic area. You must be open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays. Be a Road Warrior!!

• You will be required to obtain a Maryland Lottery Tech License
