DE McNabb Flooring Co. is a 70+ year industry leader in trade show and event flooring. We provide premium flooring solutions for major exhibitions and branded environments across the country. Our Trade Show Division operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where precision and teamwork matter.

We are looking for an entry-level Trade Show Administrative & Quoting Coordinator to join our tight-knit team in Milford, Michigan.

This is an in-office position working directly with the Director of the Trade Show Division and closely alongside our Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with preparing detailed quotes in Excel

• Review booth layouts and square footage for accuracy

• Support sales and operations with documentation and job tracking

• Prepare files to go up to accounting for billing

• Help manage project timelines and internal communication

• Jump in wherever needed, this is a “wear many hats” environment

What We’re Looking For

• Extremely detail-oriented; small errors matter

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Publisher

• Team player with a positive attitude
