• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays, disabilities, or needs for early intervention.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored strategies for each child and family.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies, adjusting based on ongoing assessment of child development and family feedback.
• Foster strong rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a nurturing and engaging environment for learning and growth.
• Provide evidence-based support and resources to families, empowering them with knowledge and skills to enhance their child’s developmental outcomes.
• Utilize the Natural Learning Environment Practices framework to deliver coaching and teaching in natural settings, bridging the gap between therapy and everyday life.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with all federal and state regulations, ensuring accountability and quality of service delivery.

This role focuses primarily on supporting children aged 0-3 who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. By employing a family-centered approach, our LCSWs engage with parents and caregivers to formulate individualized strategies that correlate with the developmental milestones crucial during these formative years. You will work directly with diverse populations, often addressing complex factors affecting their well-being, fostering trust and open communication to facilitate productive interventions.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver's license is necessary to facilitate potential home visits or community engagements.
