This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, connecting with clients through our secure telehealth platform. • Conduct engaging psychotherapy sessions, both in individual and group settings, tailored to effectively address the needs of each client.
• Perform intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and therapeutic goals.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that outline therapeutic strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation as per regulatory requirements, ensuring thorough tracking of client progress.
• Engage in team consultations to share insights and refine therapeutic approaches, enhancing client outcomes.
• Collaborate with external services and resources to provide clients with additional support when necessary.

Your work will directly impact a diverse array of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and relationship challenges. • Current licensure in California as an AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist), ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker), or APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor).
• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with outpatient treatment models and clinical psychology principles.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills to manage caseload efficiently.

• A minimum of one year of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus, as this role hinges on delivering care remotely.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
