IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for Microsoft Identity Management Lead to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Position Summary

The candidate will be primarily responsible for providing development, enhancement, troubleshooting and maintenance for a Single Sign On (SSO) and Identity Management (IDM) system based using ADFS and Windows Forefront Identity Manager (FIM). The successful developer will be solution oriented, adapt to changing environments, and able to work with minimal defined requirements. The ideal candidate must have previous experience implementing, testing, and debugging single sign on systems using Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services and Federated Identity Management, as well as participating in integrating Identity Management with other Enterprise Systems.

Job Description

-Work at the lowest levels and taking the product through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation and support.

-Planning, designing, developing, testing, and implementing new feature functionality for software applications per customer or internal specifications

-Identifying, troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues with internal and external users.

-Experience participating in Identity Management implementation and making recommendations on requirements and best practices.

-Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the full range of customer information/data management systems and related processes and protocols.

-Documenting all efforts to support ongoing implementation, development, and troubleshooting efforts.

-Deliver the required functionality in an agreed upon timely manner / work in a Scrum environment

Qualifications

-BS Degree CS or MIS or equivalent experience in related roles

-Work fluently with Active Directory and ADFS

-Expert in Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010

-Solid Knowledge of Information Security concepts, and ability to identify security issues and advice on best practicesย 

-Experience with PowerShell scripting

-Experience in integrating an Identity Management System with other Enterprise applications and initiatives.

-Ability to work with a minimal amount of direction while being pro-active in keeping their management informed of project related issues

-Ability to work under pressure

-Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of employees ranging from entry level to senior leadership

-Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and shift priorities quickly

-Experience working on an Agile/Scrum team preferred

-Proven strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong aspiration to learn new technologies

-Proven strong relationship-building and communication skills with team members and business usersย
