Job description

About the Role

Are you great with people, quick to learn, and motivated by goals - even if you haven't worked in sales before? This could be your chance to build a career in SaaS sales with full training and support.

At Prevue HR, our Account Executives spend their days connecting with business leaders, learning about their hiring challenges, and helping them find better ways to build strong teams. If you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, account coordination, or any fast-paced, people-focused role, you may already have many of the skills we're looking for.

We're looking for someone who enjoys conversations, follows through, and wants to grow into a high-earning, professional sales role.

What We Offer

At Prevue, we believe great work happens when people feel supported, challenged, and appreciated. Our downtown Vancouver office (steps from Burrard Station) has a relaxed, casual vibe, paired with a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We take performance seriously - but we also celebrate wins, help each other out, and keep things human.

What you can expect:

  • Competitive base salary of $60,000 with OTE $120,000 (uncapped commission)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental & extended health benefits
  • RRSP / TFSA matching program
  • Wellness allowance
  • Educational and professional development allowance
  • Casual office attire
  • Hybrid work model (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be trained and supported as you build confidence in professional sales conversations and business development.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building relationships with prospective and existing clients across different industries
  • Reaching out to new prospects by phone and email to start conversations
  • Managing warm and hot leads provided by the company
  • Learning how to run discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups
  • Keeping client information organized in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Working with our success and support teams to ensure great client experiences
  • Growing your skills in negotiation, closing, and account development over time

What We're Looking For

You don't need formal sales experience to succeed here. We care more about how you communicate, learn, and show up.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong communication skills and enjoys talking with people
  • Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly
  • Good organisation and follow-through
  • Comfort working toward goals and performance targets
  • A positive, professional attitude when things get busy or challenging

Experience in any of the following is considered an asset (but not required):

  • Hospitality, retail, customer service, or client-facing roles
  • Account coordination or administrative support roles
  • Call-centre or appointment-setting environments

If you're early in your career or looking to move into a professional business role with growth potential, we strongly encourage you to apply.
