DAY-TO-DAY
This entry-level position is part-time with a flexible schedule. We are able to work with you to create your perfect schedule!
As an entry-level Assisted Living Property Maintenance Assistant, you maintain the facilities through a structured program of preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance. Under the direction of our Maintenance Director, you complete requests from our residents. Whether you're painting, cleaning carpets, changing lights, unclogging drains, hanging frames, or doing general repairs, you've got a smile on your face. You love keeping busy! You also love that you're being paid to learn new skills that will serve you throughout your life.
