Full-time sales position available
Fish Window Cleaning is seeking motivated candidates who are eager to begin an exciting career in sales. We are currently hiring entry level Sales Representatives who will receive hands-on training in in-person estimate writing, service pricing, and account management. This position is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into a rewarding sales career.
Sales representatives will work with local businesses and property owners throughout the South Shore, building relationships and helping customers find the right window cleaning solutions for their needs. Ideal candidates are outgoing, positive and enjoy meeting new people while experiencing variety in their work day.
You will travel to different job locations across towns such as Scituate, Marshfield, Norwell, Cohasset, Plymouth and Hanover. Paid training and uniforms are provided, along with the opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment.
Typical Schedule:
  • All sales are done within the normal hours of operation, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Sales associates are preferred to work full-time, though some part-time options are available.
  • Schedule is flexible.

Pay:
  • Pay is based on an hourly base rate, plus commission.
  • Commissions are uncapped.
