The CRM Specialist, Salesforce will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in Smyrna, GA
The purpose of the CRM Specialist role is to ensure Salesforce is effectively leveraged as a core business platform supporting sales execution, customer management, data quality, and data-driven decision-making across the United States Sales Area.
This role combines structured Salesforce ownership with active contribution to the continuous evolution of sales processes, data structures, and reporting frameworks. Acting as the primary interface between Sales, Commercial Management, Finance, and Customer Master Data Management teams, the CRM Specialist ensures Salesforce remains aligned with business priorities, scalable for future needs, and capable of supporting operational excellence. This is a support role, and as an entry level role into Salesforce will not include any development within Salesforce.
Key performance areas:
• Act as the Sales Area owner for Salesforce usage, ensuring alignment with sales processes, governance requirements, and commercial objectives.
• Deliver Salesforce onboarding, training, and refresher sessions to strengthen adoption, data quality, and process compliance.
• Drive continuous enhancement of Salesforce dashboards and reporting capabilities, ensuring accurate, relevant, and actionable insights for the Sales Area.
• Provide structured Salesforce business support, resolving user questions while identifying recurring issues and driving processes or data improvements.
• Monitor Salesforce adoption scorecards, identify gaps, and drive follow-up actions in coordination with sales leadership.
• Support the NPS process within Salesforce, ensuring correct execution, data integrity, and visibility of follow-up actions.
• Coordinate new customer creation requests and support the Sales Area and CMDM team in maintaining accurate and compliant customer master data.
• Lead and coordinate data cleansing activities in line with defined governance rules and record owner accountability.
• Communicate system updates, changes, and business impacts clearly and proactively to users.
• Collaborate with global teams to support the evolution of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
Your profile:
We are looking for a professional with proven Salesforce experience in a cross-functional support role, who is independent, structured, proactive, and with attention to detail, to support Sandvik Mining's sales organization in the role of CRM Specialist.
The ideal candidate drives topics forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, brings a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively within evolving systems, structures, and business priorities. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, contribute to the continuous evolution of how
Salesforce supports the business, and are able to explain concepts clearly while effectively training, guiding, and reinforcing best-practice behaviours.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales Management, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years professional experience in Salesforce, or an equivalent 5 years CRM and Salesforce experience in a business setting

  • Salesforce experience should include: building detailed and complex reports and dashboards
