Entry level project manager - Assists management with a wide variety of interior projects and leads project
management efforts for small to modestly sized projects.
Determines client needs and assists with scope of work. Manages construction drawing and specification development, prepares and reviews contracts,
and assists with budgetary functions.
Assists management with a wide variety of architectural and interior projects; leads project
management efforts for small to modestly sized projects when sufficiently capable.
โ€ข Determines client's needs; assists with developing a scope of work that accurately reflects the
client's needs, budget, schedule, and University standards.
โ€ข Manages the development of construction drawings and specifications; maintains proper records
of all projects and communications.
โ€ข Assists with establishing a preliminary budget and schedule; helps to ensure the approval of
project funding; keeps track of fees and expenditures; obtains approvals for budget expenditures
before authorizing purchases.
