Job description

CONSTRUCTION LABORER / FOREMAN (Entry Level, Will Train)

General Job Description:
Laborer / Foreman executes construction tasks assigned by Project Manager.
- This position reports to their assigned Senor Superintendents.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Works with Senor Superintendents for scheduling, working on site for our client's stores repair needs, delivering kitchen equipment, is a confident & safe trailer pulling driver, willing to partake in training, comfortable with on-hands work, and communicates effectively with obtaining appropriate tools to complete tasks to BCI standards.
- Meets expectations for applications required by BCI i.e. Asana, PlanGrid, BusyBusy, and Gmail.
- Uses clear and effective communication with all BCI team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Properly utilizes incident report form if needed.
- Provides support for other team members in all territories including those outside of assigned territory when needed.
- Works with office staff to ensure proper documentation for subcontractor work, read & follows work orders for required tasks, and change order requests for unexpected tasks.
- Accountable for all work to be completed timely, professionally, and ethically in territory.
- Maintains company vehicle per company guidelines.
Task Management:
- Works with team on site to complete various construction tasks.
- Responds to emergency call outs to stores when directed by Senor Superintendent.
- Assures subcontractors respond in a timely manner.
- Uploads pictures to appropriate places i.e. Asana and PlanGrid in a timely manner.
- Works with Senor Superintendent to assure all jobs are being completed in a timely matter.
- Maintains storage space by keeping it clean and keeping an accurate inventory of materials and supplies

- Follows BCI provided safety protocols and can access SDS when needed.
