This position is located in Riviera Beach, FL US 33407


The Wood Working Shop Staff member plays an essential role in supporting a small team focused on custom manufacturing of museum quality wooden awards and trophies as well as repair and restoration tasks. Under the supervision of the Workshop Manager, this position involves hands-on work with various tools and materials to ensure quality craftsmanship and a clean, organized workspace. Compensation for this role is based upon experience.


Shop Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM -5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM-3:00 PM, Closed Saturdays and Sundays


Responsibilities

  • Operate woodworking tools safely and efficiently
  • Prepare materials for production and assembly
  • Assemble wood components according to project specifications
  • Apply finishing techniques to completed products
  • Set up and maintain equipment for daily use
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in woodworking is preferred but not required
  • On the Job Training provided for manufacturing of customized products
  • Familiarity with woodworking tools and material handling
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
