We are currently hiring a competitive Project Coordinator to help manage our fast-paced environment, create a consistent positive customer experience for our clients, as well as drive productivity for their respective region. This position is critical for the overall success of the branch and offers the opportunity to build influence company-wide.

Status: Full-Time - Monday through Friday.

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with vendors, sub-contractors, customers, and sales team members on multiple projects at any time

  • Oversee projects across multiple markets to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors

  • Process deposits and final payments for projects assigned

  • Coordinate office supply orders and vendor management

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support

Qualifications:
