Role Summary
TESIM Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator – Entry Level to help electrical project teams stay organized through scheduling, tracking, communication, and document support. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
• Update project trackers, action lists, meeting notes, contact lists, and status reports.
• Help route submittals, RFIs, drawings, purchase requests, and closeout documents.
• Coordinate meetings, deliveries, and follow-up with project staff, vendors, and field teams.
• Maintain orderly electronic project files and escalate missing information.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is welcome but not required.
• 0–2 years of office, coordination, customer service, or construction-related experience.
• Basic Excel, email, and document-management skills.
• Ability to learn construction terms and manage several deadlines.
