Objective: Supports field operations by monitoring concrete pours, assisting with inspections, and managing materials across job sites. This position ensures efficient material usage, maintains job site cleanliness, and supports Project Managers in delivering quality construction on schedule. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to field support tasks.

Areas of Responsibility


Scope of Work:

  • Assist in monitoring and vibrating pours when needed
  • Assist in performing inlines at all phases of construction
  • Pick up, sort, count, and return left over material
  • Counts and moves rebar caps
  • Transport materials between job sites efficiently.
  • Inventory, clean, supply field staff with items from storage area.
  • Blowing out and/or sweeping houses.
  • Warranty assistance
  • Assist PM’s with in lines in a scope of holding plans
  • Other miscellaneous patching, parging, and punch out items as needed
  • Any other assigned tasks by the company

Tools Provided:

  • Various patching materials- stucco, hydraulic cement, mortar in buckets
  • Hammers and hand trowels
  • Tape measure
  • Concrete vibrator
  • Floor screw gun and screws
  • Broom and dust pans
  • Various small hand tools and finishing tools

Safety & Equipment Responsibility

  • Wear required PPE at all times, including hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask, and high-visibility vest.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and care for assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Report maintenance needs and assist in coordinating repairs when necessary.

Notes About This Position: Since this position is in construction, which can be an unpredictable field, the hours will vary from week to week. The hours will depend on the workload and the weather and will more than likely consist of early mornings and spending the day in the Florida heat.
