Job description

We are hiring a Project Manager Assistant to support our project management team. We are looking for individuals ranging from entry level up to 3 years of experience. Background in blueprint reading, construction, and management are a plus.

If you are organized, a strong communicator, and eager to learn how things are built, we will teach you the rest. You will work alongside our Senior Project Managers and take on more responsibility as you grow.

What You'll Do

· Track project submittals and RFIs in our project software and keep them current.

· Follow up with general contractors on submittal and RFI status, and keep everyone informed.

· Coordinate product samples — labeling, scheduling, and getting them ready for submission.

· Set up and maintain work orders and project records

· Support project kickoff meetings and attend weekly project meetings with our clients.

· Join field verification visits to jobsites alongside a Project Manager.

· Check in with our shop floor team to track how projects are progressing.

· Flag anything that needs a Project Manager's attention.

What We're Looking For

· Highly organized and detail-oriented.

· A clear, professional communicator — by email, phone, and in person.

· Comfortable learning new software and keeping digital records up to date.

· Dependable, coachable, and ready to work on-site — in the office, on the shop floor, and occasionally at jobsites.

· High school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license for site visits.

Room to Grow

This role has a clear path. As you build competence, you will take on more ownership and responsibility within the project management team.
