Duties
  • Review detailed project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Utilize estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare precise pricing and bid proposals.
  • Conduct site visits to gather on-the-ground insights that inform accurate cost assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and scope of work.
