RANDALL Titusville Electrical Division is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and career-driven Administrative / Entry-level Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of large-scale commercial electrical construction projects along the Space Coast of Florida from our office in Titusville.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the management and execution of a multi-million-dollar project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who is eager to grow in the field of construction project coordination by supporting senior project managers in day-to-day administrative operations.
Essential Functions:
  • Assist in the coordination, planning, and monitoring oflarge-scale projects from the jobsite.
  • Badging as needed, generating and track materialpurchase orders, maintain safety certification records for all jobsitemanpower.
  • Coordinate the collection and timely submission ofweekly timesheets for on-site personnel.
  • Support project managers by maintaining projectschedule, documentation, and key deliverables.
  • Track project milestones, progress, and budgetallocations, ensuring alignment with organization objectives.
  • Prepare reports and meeting materials for internal andexternal stakeholders.
  • Maintain project filing systems, records, and databaseswith accuracy and confidentiality.

Physical Requirements:
