What is an entry level professional?

Entry level professionals are individuals who are starting their careers in a particular field, typically with minimal work experience. They usually possess foundational knowledge or relevant educational qualifications but may not have extensive experience in the workforce. Entry level positions are designed to help professionals gain practical skills, training, and on-the-job experience needed to advance in their careers. These roles often include structured supervision and opportunities for growth within an organization.

To thrive as an Entry Level Professional, you typically need a relevant educational background, basic industry knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite and common communication platforms is often expected. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills help set you apart in collaborative environments. These skills and qualities are crucial for adapting quickly, contributing effectively, and building a solid foundation for career advancement.

What kinds of training and mentorship can I expect as an entry level professional?

As an entry level professional, you can typically expect a combination of structured onboarding programs, on-the-job training, and access to mentorship from more experienced colleagues. We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing telecommunications sales team. This is a face-to-face, customer-focused role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working toward goals, and being rewarded for strong performance.

No extensive sales background is required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, confidence, and a willingness to learn. You will represent telecommunications services including phone, TV, internet, and other technology solutions, helping customers understand their options and choose services that fit their needs.

What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will:

  • Connect with customers face-to-face in assigned residential territories
  • Introduce customers to telecommunications products, services, and current promotions
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Explain phone, TV, internet, and technology services clearly and professionally
  • Conduct personalized sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Build positive customer relationships and deliver a professional experience
  • Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain customer information
  • Participate in coaching, product education, and ongoing sales development
  • Stay informed on new products, services, promotions, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with teammates in a competitive, team-oriented environment

Compensation

  • Average annual income: $50,000 to $60,000
  • Weekly pay
  • W2 direct hire position

What We're Looking For

We are interested in candidates who are:

  • Confident and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
  • Strong communicators with a professional attitude
  • Coachable and willing to learn new sales techniques
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and dependable in a fast-paced environment
  • Focused on creating a positive customer experience

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, leadership, or other people-focused environments is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Who Thrives Here?

This opportunity can be a strong fit for recent graduates, former athletes, hospitality and retail professionals, customer service representatives, and individuals looking to begin a career in sales or business.

If you enjoy working with people, setting goals, tracking your progress, and being rewarded for your performance, we encourage you to apply for our Entry Level Sales Representative position today.
