Production Packer – Clean Manufacturing Environment | Multiple Shifts Available

Location: Greenfield, IN

Pay: $19.45/hr on 1st Shift | $21.45/hr on 2nd & 3rd Shift (includes $2.00/hr shift premium)

Unlike many manufacturing facilities, this department offers a climate-controlled, well-lit, and exceptionally clean work environment. Employees work in a critical production area that supports cleanroom assembly operations and plays an important role in delivering high-quality automotive components.

Available Shifts

1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Straight 8-hour shifts
  • One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday, depending on department)

2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Straight 8-hour shifts
  • One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday, depending on department)
  • $21.45/hr
3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Straight 8-hour shifts
  • One weekend day required (Friday or Saturday, depending on department)

What You'll Do

Production Packers work in the Re-Pack Department, preparing components for the cleanroom assembly process.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Removing components from original packaging
  • Performing visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies
  • Repacking components into specialized totes designed to reduce dust, static, and contamination
  • Using RF scanners to track inventory and production orders
  • Maintaining accurate counts and documentation
  • Keeping workstations clean and organized
  • Following safety, quality, and production standards

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can remain focused on detail-oriented tasks throughout the shift. The work is repetitive and fast-paced, making attention to detail and consistency critical to success.
