Production Worker responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Must be able to distinguish the different cuts of meat
  • Must be able to pull product from conveyor belt onto tabletop
  • Must be able to obtain correct size & color tray for specific product from an overhead shelf
  • Must be able to determine whether a product is within specification
  • Must be able to quickly and efficiently place product in tray using correct count and placement for that product
  • Must be able to place finished tray onto conveyor
  • Must be able to move readily from line to line as required by product flow
  • Must wear all required personal protective equipment
  • Must demonstrate the ability to react to change and handle any other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead, which may include assignments in other areas
  • Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position.  This is an on-site position.


Qualified candidates for the production worker positions should possess the following:

  • Previous experience in the meat industry preferred but not required

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
