Looking to break into sales but don't have experience yet? This is where a lot of our top earners got their start. Rose Roofing & Restoration is hiring Entry Level Canvassers to help homeowners affected by severe weather connect with our roofing professionals. You'll work outdoors, help set your own schedule, and get paid for what you produce all while learning the fundamentals that lead to a six-figure sales career. If you can hold a friendly conversation and you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

The Role

As an Entry Level Canvasser, you're the face of Rose in the neighborhoods we serve. Canvassing is the heart of this role walking designated neighborhoods and starting genuine conversations with homeowners. Your day-to-day includes:

  • Canvassing neighborhoods impacted by recent severe weather.
  • Starting friendly conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.
  • Spotting homeowners who are interested in a complimentary roof inspection.
  • Introducing those homeowners to our Sales Manager.
  • Assisting with the information needed to begin the insurance claim process.

Our Sales Manager handles the technical side inspections, insurance discussions, estimates, contracts, and project oversight so you can focus on what matters most in this role: connecting with people.

And here's the part people love: there are no roofs to climb and no ladders to carry. This is ground-level canvassing work the main physical requirement is being comfortable on your feet for several hours a day.

Compensation
  • $15.00 per hour for the field work you perform.
  • Based on your performance, you can earn an extra $100$200 per day on top of your hourly pay.
  • Your earning potential is uncapped the more homeowners you help connect with our team, the more you earn.
  • Paid weekly, every Friday.
Flexible Hours & How the Day Works

Your hours are flexible, but our team is generally in the field from around 11:00 AM until dusk. Each week, you simply let us know the days and approximate hours you plan to be out you set the pace.

Transportation is provided from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. You're welcome to drive yourself and work independently, but we highly recommend riding with the team it's the best way to learn fast and stay productive. Territories are designated beforehand to help increase your productivity, so you always know exactly where you're focused.
