Door Pro America is one of the biggest and most reputable garage door companies in the country. We have a consistent, year-round work schedule with NO holiday work. We're looking for experienced service technicians to:

Responsibilities:
  • (This list may not include all the duties assigned)
  • Assemble mechanical components or machine parts
  • Adjust and test equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Repair or replace worn or broken door parts using hand tools
  • Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair
  • Install hardware or other interior fixtures
  • Fabricate parts or components
  • Learn the product line well in order to build relevant estimates for the customer
  • Collect payments for good or services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need to be well kept, organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. Mechanical comprehension goes a long way. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing Door Pro America. Must be willing to take direction from superiors as we are here to help you become a professional in this role. When you win, Door Pro America and the customers win as well!

    Basic Position Requirements:Experience:

    Previous service technician or installer experience in the garage door industry or home services industry is preferred but NOT required. However, mechanical comprehension and the aptitude to excel in sales is key for this role.

  • Mechanical and technical skills, with a willingness to continue learning
  • Physically able to move items weighing 75 lbs or higher.
  • Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues.
