Job Summary: A Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with a variety of tasks to help maintain efficient workflow throughout the facility. This role involves helping prepare work areas, supporting equipment setup, assisting on the production line as directed, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Help inspect products for visible defects during production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Report safety concerns or incidents promptly.
