Production Manufacturer
We are searching for an Entry level Production Manufacturer at our Woodbury, Minnesota facility.
This candidate must be eager and willing to learn and cross train into various departments of the production floor
This position pays: $20-$22 an hour
Benefits Include: Medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance, 401k, Parental leave, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement & more!
This position is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components.
Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines.
Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools.
Cross-train in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly.
Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to read measurements on a tape measure accurately.
Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English.
Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn.
Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks.
