Job description

Introduction
We are seeking a creative and collaborative Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for enterprise software solutions by combining user research, interaction design, visual design, and design thinking practices. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Customer Success teams to create products that are both useful and delightful for users.
The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user needs, solving complex problems, and translating insights into compelling experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to balance user needs with business and technical requirements.
Your role and responsibilities
User-Centered Design
• Apply design thinking methodologies to identify and solve user problems.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Design intuitive experiences that improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
User Research & Discovery
• Participate in user interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback sessions.
• Analyze user behavior, pain points, and workflows to inform design decisions.
• Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Collaborate with researchers to validate design concepts and solutions.
Product Design & Collaboration
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Developers to define product requirements and user experiences.
• Contribute to product strategy by bringing a user-centered perspective to planning discussions.
• Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative ideation activities.
• Ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
Visual & Interaction Design
• Create engaging, accessible, and consistent visual experiences.
• Develop interaction patterns that support user productivity and efficiency.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Required education
High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise
Design Skills
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Ability to solve complex user problems through thoughtful design solutions.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
Design Tools
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent.
• Experience with prototyping tools and design collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
