RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary Duties will be to Mount and Balance Tires and Alignments

  • As an hourly tech your role is to help the shop in all ways

  • Assist in keeping the shop area clean and free of trash

  • Take cars on test drives after work has been performed

  • Assist in washing and cleaning cars when needed

  • Operate independently and as a team member

  • Ensures the customer’s needs are understood

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Les Schwab, Tire Rack, Costco Tire would be experience we are looking for.

  • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others

  • Friendly, personable, clean cut, focused on customer service

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

  • Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others

  • Punctual, takes all required breaks and does not accrue overtime without permission

  • Basic computer skills
