Location: Omaha, NE
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | Client-Facing
Pay: $50,000 – $95,000+ first year (Performance-based - Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency that promotes 100% from within. This is an entry-level sales role focused on helping businesses offer voluntary employee benefits (accident, critical illness, and life insurance).

You will meet with business owners, present products, and enroll employees. Strong performers have a clear path to leadership. Average or low producers will not advance.

What the job involves:

  • Face-to-face meetings with business owners
  • Presenting supplemental benefit options to employees
  • Enrolling clients and managing your own book of business
  • Working a Monday–Friday daytime schedule
  • Following a proven sales process with daily activity expectations
