Description

The Sales Representative plays a critical role in supporting and growing relationships with existing customers while ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, order follow-up, and ongoing account support, helping to identify solutions that meet customer needs and strengthen long-term partnerships. In addition to managing existing accounts, the role proactively identifies opportunities to expand business through cross-selling, upselling, and securing new customer relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, operations, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication, timely execution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role contributes to revenue growth by maintaining strong customer relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities, and supporting the achievement of the company's sales objectives within the United States.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the professional, scientific, or technical services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
