**JOB SUMMARY

Assembles metal products partially or completely, working at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

**

  • Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or Controlled documents.
  • Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, or other fasteners.
  • Operates drills, hand/air impact wrenches, and hand tools.
  • Produces a completed unit capable of passing final inspection.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Shifts

:

  • Week Shift: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
  • Weekend Shift: 6am-6:30pm Friday-Sunday- Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours
    • Any time worked over the 36 hours is OT pay
