This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop their expertise in industrial automation and control systems. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers to design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain automated control systems that drive our manufacturing and production operations. This role requires strong proficiency in PLC programming and electrical systems, combined with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.Key ResponsibilitiesPLC Programming & DevelopmentDevelop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for various automation systems using platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar industrial controllersWrite and debug ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams to control machinery and processesAssist in the design and implementation of control system architectures for new equipment installations and facility upgradesCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for all PLC programs, including logic descriptions, I/O lists, and revision historiesPerform system testing and validation to ensure programs meet specifications and safety requirementsSupport the integration of PLCs with HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems and SCADA platformsElectrical Systems Design & SupportRead, interpret, and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical or similar softwareSupport the installation, commissioning, and startup of electrical control system
