What you’ll do

• Set up new products in relevant systems, ensuring all required data points are complete and accurate.

• Maintain and update product data across company databases; process product maintenance and change notices.

• Enter and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) in the ERP system.

• Run routine audits and quality checks to protect data integrity; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on data standards and ensure consistency across departments and brands.

• Document processes and procedures and support continuous improvements to how product data is managed.

• Execute weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting requests as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience in data entry, product data, cataloging, or a similar role preferred.

• Comfort working in database software (especially relational databases) and business systems/ERPs.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through; you take pride in getting the data right.

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Automotive industry experience (dealership, parts store, repair shop, etc.).

• Familiarity with PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) data and standards.

• Experience supporting digital asset workflows (product photography, basic editing, file organization, and distribution).

Total rewards

• Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package (details shared during the interview process).

• Paid time off and company holidays.

• Health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision).

• 401(k) plan.

• A team-oriented culture focused on quality, service, and continuous improvement.

Equal Opportunity & Accommodations
